I was expecting this to last a lot longer, but it just didn’t hold up. I’m particular about durability, and for me, this fell short of what I’d consider acceptable. Definitely not something I’d rely on for regular use.

"Felt respected, not pressured"
I went in expecting the usual push to add extra features, so I was a little guarded at first. But they just walked me through the options and let me decide what actually made sense for me. It made the whole visit feel a lot more comfortable, and I left with the glasses I wanted without that weird upsell feeling. it reminded me how much of a difference it makes when a place treats you like a person instead of just a sale

I tried setting up an appointment on eyemartexpress.com and it was kind of a pain. It kept loading slowly for me, and a few times it looked like there were open slots, but then it changed after I clicked. I did eventually get one booked, but it took way longer than I expected. Not terrible, just frustrating.

"Helpful in the end, but kind of a hassle"
I had to return one pair and get the other adjusted, and while the staff was nice and did help me out, it ended up taking a couple of trips to get everything sorted. The warranty details weren’t really explained clearly at first, so that was a bit frustrating. They did fix it in the end, so I’ll give them credit for that, but the whole process wasn’t as smooth as I expected. Also, the reminder messages felt aggressive after a while, which got annoying

I found the site easy to use and didn’t feel frustrated trying to get around or look for frames, which I always appreciate. The checkout did take a little longer than I expected, and I started to feel a bit impatient toward the end, but everything still worked fine overall

I’m particular about getting decent quality without overpaying, and these worked out well for me. The frames were affordable, but didn’t feel like a total cheap-out, and the lenses turned out just fine. Overall, I’d say it’s a good value.

"Online Stock Was Way Off"
I’m just saying, if the website shows frames are available, it’s reasonable to expect the store to actually have them. The pair I picked said they were in stock online, but when I got there, the store said they didn’t have them. A couple of the backup options I asked about were missing too. Maybe it’s not the staff’s fault, but it still felt like I wasted a trip. The inventory online really needs to be more accurate.

"Pretty easy with my insurance"
I used my vision insurance here, and it was way less of a hassle than I thought it would be. They looked up my benefits, kind of walked me through what was covered, and the final bill was basically what they said it would be. No random charges or weird surprises at the end. Overall, it was a smooth experience.

I needed to restock my usual contact lenses and was relieved they had them in stock. It’s been a little tricky finding them lately, so that was a nice surprise.
The ordering process was simple, and I didn’t have to switch to another brand or wait longer than expected. I was able to get enough boxes to last me a few months, which made things easier.
Nothing too fancy to say here, but I’m happy they had what I needed when I needed it. I’d definitely consider ordering from them again

"Glasses fit way better than I thought they would"
My glasses from Eyemart Express fit, like, really well right from the start. They don’t keep sliding down my nose or anything, and the arms don’t pinch behind my ears, which, you know, has definitely been annoying for me with other glasses before.
I’ve worn them all day a few times now, and they still feel comfortable, like I’m not constantly adjusting them or thinking about them. So yeah, overall, I’m happy with how they fit.

"Easy to deal with"
I had a good experience with EyeMart Express. I don’t remember all the details now, but I had asked something about my order and they got back to me quickly with a clear answer. They even followed up afterward, which stood out because a lot of places don’t bother. It never felt like they were trying to push anything, just being helpful. I’d use them again

It could use more. I kept waiting and trying to be patient because it felt like maybe it would get better or offer a bit more, but that patience felt kind of forced. It’s not terrible, just left me wanting more than what I got.

"Easy support, no weird hassle"
I had a good experience with EyeMartExpress.com. I had a question about my order, just something basic with my prescription and all that, and someone from customer service got back to me quickly. They were patient too, which I appreciated, because sometimes you ask a simple question and it feels like… you know. But they didn’t make me feel dumb or anything. The issue got sorted out without turning into a whole thing. I’d probably use them again, mostly because the support was just easy to deal with.

"Great option when you need help fast"
I stopped in without an appointment because my glasses broke, and I was stressed about it at first. I wasn’t expecting them to be able to fit me in, so I felt really relieved when they said they could see me the same day.
I did have to wait around 25 or 30 minutes, which was a little annoying in the moment, but it wasn’t terrible. The staff was friendly, kept me updated, and that definitely helped me relax a bit.
The only reason I’d give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the office was busy and the visit felt slightly rushed. Still, I left feeling glad I went, and I’d say it’s a solid place if you need walk-in help quickly
